The real complaint came about when I needed to return my vehicle two days earlier due to some family issues, they charged me an extra 45 dollars for returning early!! I can understand I would not get a refund because I prepaid but to charge for returning early and now they can rent the vehicle again and earlier they are not only making extra money from charging me to return it early but now they are able to rent it out earlier and make more money. Once under the tent, there is no one there and no directions, finally a staff member comes over and simply says go pick one of the vehicles in those three rows. Then when you get to the counter and have the reservation they hand you a ticket and say go and wait in the tent outside. The line wrapped around the entire interior of the building to the outside.
